A good quality 18th century Dutch commode / chest of drawers with a double serpentine front. Veneered in patinated rosewood on an oak carcass with engraved brass handles and shaped bracket feet. The top has a generous overhang with a beautiful shaped thumb mould. Circa 1780 
These pieces aren't that easy to find from this period and with the use of simple lines and rosewood can look very contemporary , almost like Scandinavian designer furniture.
