A substantial French 18th century oak commode / chest of drawers , circa 1780. made in solid oak with original pine drawer linings, standing on original feet . Lovely quality original cast brass rococo handles and escutcheon plates. Superb colour and patination, which is so important on these earlier country pieces. Along with good deep country house proportions and nice carved details to the drawers.
