A very good quality French gueridon / centre table , with a marquetry top of 'tumbling blocks '. Standing on tapered legs terminating in brass sabots. Two oak lined drawers and two slides with leather inlaid tops. The piece is beautifully veneered in chevrons and cross banding , along with faux fluted tapered legs. Great in a hall , behind a sofa, in a window or as a lamp table. Made in faded king wood, rose wood and tulipwood .Finished all the way around and in good general condition for age.
