A very decorative Chinoiserie Lacquered cabinet on stand, circa 1800. Beautifully decorated in gilded lacquer on a japanned base. Normally these cabinets are imported from the east and put onto English bases. This is an honest example with a simple interior of two shelves with decorative internal doors. The piece separates into two sections.
