A superb 'Foots patent' reclining chair covered a worn-in suede circa 1890. The back reclines with an adjustable headrest. Both arms can fold out on hinges. The footstool slides out from underneath with a double ratchet and footrest. The piece is on its original castors with makers plaque on the back stretcher. A real Victorian country house chair.
