A superb Irish mahogany centre table standing on carved legs terminating in hairy paw feet. Shaped frieze on both sides with central carved shell. On top is an unusual marble formed by a volcanic flow over a river bed, which is then sliced through and moulded on edges. The piece is mid 18th century and later.
