A good near pair of mahogany oyster buckets, circa 1800. Made from shaped strips set in turned bases with boxwood stringing. Old brass liners set inside the tops with brass carrying handles screwed to the frames. Standing on three ball feet. Ideal as coolers for wine or champagne.
