A very rare and unusual Haute Epoque French tripod table, in beautiful untouched condition with superb colour and patination. A nice thick beech top with through tenons, the chamfered oak column with legs pegged on. The legs are tenoned in on the sides which is a good primitive feature and the top has shrunk two centimetres in diameter. A very early table and an extremely nice example of its kind.
