A good set of 12 harlequin rush-seated chairs, in solid oak with turned legs and stretchers. Nice detailing with the use of turned bosses to the corners. The set is made up of two sets of six that are almost identical. The condition is generally very good with any faults photographed, two backs have been rushed slightly differently. They have a good rake to the backs making them more comfortable and are sturdy with the stretchers between legs. Circa 1900. (It is very hard to find long sets of chairs for farmhouse tables) Seat height 46cm
